What are some good suggestions for detox?

I want to become a little healthier. I was on a good health regimen before, but a little bout with anxiety had me eating fast food and gaining back some of the weight I so proudly lost. My husband's family is Irish (so is mine, but much more distantly than his). His father was born in Ireland and all of his parents friends are Irish and live nearby. We live in Westchester County, just north of New York City, so there are plenty people of Irish ancestry around, but I still worry about my daughter constantly having to spell and pronounce her name.

I would like to know what is good and not overpriced. Obviously alien and macbooks are gd but expensive. I also heard dell is pretty bad. I am wondering what you would recommend. Red lumpy follicles on legs?

On my legs, all my follicles are red and slightly lumpy, it's NOT folliculitis. My mum has the same thing. It doesn't hurt or itch at all, but it looks horrible! Any advice?
