Feeling extremely tired. (For Vegans)?

Legumes and grains contain phytates which stop minerals being absorbed by the body, including zinc and iron, so maybe that's why you're so tired. my body personally can't handle being vegan/vegetarian, not everyone can, so maybe you can't either. I have a low thyroid and it's best not to eat too many legumes. try, chia seeds for more energy, they have all the amino acids and are high in minerals. you can buy them at health food stores.
