How do I find a true FwB?

I am a 34 yr old woman. I do not have the time or willingness to cultivate a relationship. I am very attractive but it seems many people want more or just a one night stand. How do I find someone that is a decent person, willing to sleep with me often with NSA? I would like whoever I pick to be someone that I will not have to run into or knows the same people I know.
