Boyfriend troubles!?

i have been with my boyfriend for almost 4 months now, but hes driving me up the wall. i suggested a break and he wont accept it n gets all teary n whiny whn i say i dunno if i love him or if i wanna continue the relationship. and to top it all off i like this other guy tht i have been out with b4 but he has a girlfriend now, HELLLLPPPP!!!
