How do I get rid of these thunder thighs?!?

Ever since I had my fibroid tumor on my uterus removed, and a hysterectomy, it seems like I have been gaining weight by the Minute! I don't eat a lot, but it seems like I'm ballooning by the day. Does anyone have any answers for this?
