My boss is out of control?

I work at a franchise chain restaurant in Florida and my boss (general manager) is totally out of line. In our morning meeting where we discuss the day and choose sections he curses at us all the time. He tells us if we dont like it here then "get a new f**king job. I could go on for days about him but his language is way to dirty. I have been working there for 4 yrs and have been through numerous general managers. he has been there for about 5 months. I have called the human resources hotline and so have others. No one seems to care, not even the owners b/c he stays under budget and stuff. What can we do? We all hate him. Its to the point where we would like to somehow file a harment charge or sue. I donna, its like there is nothing that can stop him!!
