Should British taxpayers pay to educate Polish kids?

It has just emerged that British schools are suffering financial hardship through having to accept Polish migrants' children, who cannot even speak english. They and their parents will presumably return home eventually, having been educated at the British Taxpayer's expense. Also of course free health care for them and their parents is also provided by the British taxpayer. All part of the great EU dictatorship - where we pay and they win! No wonder the government says they can't afford to provide elderly nursing home residents with the care they have paid for through a lifetime of taxation!
