Should i call the recruiter again?

i submitted my resume, the recruiter called for me to come in and take the office skills test, i ped, i filled out the application and background check authorization. i called her yesterday (i returned the application on Wednesday) to confirm she received everything. she said that the hiring manager would call me to set up an interview but she hasn't. i went back on their website and it looks like they reactivated the posting. should i call the recruiter back on monday to see what's up? the recruiter works for the company. it's not like a staffing agency or anything.
