Where to go for a beauty holiday?

Hi,I am 25 years old and living in Malta,such a small but busy island. After very very hard working 4 years I noticed that I am not the same woman who used to take care of herself in every way. Nowadays I dont even look at the mirror as start dont like to see myself. I feel like it is time to change all and get back the modern,fresh look mostly my self confident. I am looking for a beauty holiday where I can go alone for a week,welcomed with a relaxation atmosphere,lots of spa,beauty,mage and health treatment included. Any ideas? Thanks
