This is almost definite sign of IBS or Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I'm by no means an expert in the way of medicine but my mother has IBS, and literally anything she eats makes her sick. For her however, IBS was only a sign of other things, including a lack of iron in her blood. I know she took B12 vitamin supplements in order to balance out her iron levels and basically much of her other issues have calmed down, including her IBS. My only real advice is see your doctor.
