Does anyone know what this film is called ? Bette Midler & Richard Dreyfuss !?

Bette Midler & Richard Dreyfuss are a married couple who jointly run a successful business together . She gets kidnapped by a young fellow employee who was sacked . When the ransom notes gets sent to her hubby he refuses to pay and enjoys a shot at freedom from this nagging screaming wife . She develops a great relationship with her kidnappers and they get their revenge on the hubby and get the business back from him ... a comedy that I would love to watch again but I can't remember what it is called !! does anyone know ? many thanks in advance ... x
