My hair fall is increasing day by day very severly.PLZ help?

I am a women of age 23 years.I have curly hairs.But I softened and straightened my hair 6 months ago due to which hair is falling very severly.I think it is due to the chemicals used in the straightening treatment.Please tell what can I do to get rid of this hairfall.If not i will get bald within very few days.
